I’m pretty certain this is set up in raid config. The time now is Now, this i were i am lost as i have no raid experience.
If this server had an upgraded controller added and scsii BIOS modified to boot from that controller it is possible this setting got lost with the hard reset.

When teh server boots the first option is to configure the ‘Lights out up which i know is nothing to do with the raid, then the next option is the SCSI card config. A bad drive in your RAID config could cause that as well.
